tinting the windows on a 99 sport

i want to tint the front windows on my 99 sport. i was thinking of doing 5% which is limo tint. all my rear windows have the factory tint and i think it will look stupid to have 5% on the front doors and then whatever the factory is on the back. can i tint over the rear windows that already have tint? if so what % should i do on the rear that will get me somewhat close to the 5% on the front? im getting the tint off ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...30275974574&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:MOTORS:1123 it comes in 50, 35, 20, and 5% any recommendations?

Tips, lots of bottled water. It it better than tap water. I could explain, but its not important. Also mix in dish soap to make it a bit slicker. And you will need a spray bottle.

Clean the window very well, with auto glass cleaner, no amonia. And do not use paper towels, something lint free, that way you wont have dust and lint particles under your tint. spray the window with the dish soap and water. Then start at one corner of the tint sheet, pull off the backing, and spray the tint very well. Put the tint sheet on the window, spray your soap and water on the tint, use a rubber squeegee (You can get one at wal-mart for like 5$) spray the squeegee with the soap and water also. Start at the top and work out the bubbles. After the first pair of windows, it will start to get easier. Good luck.

soapy water and a credit card im pretty sure...keep it wet between the tint and glass till you have it where you want it and then use the card or i guess a squigy to squeeze the liquid out...then its permanent after like 24 hours...
