Tire and Rim Size

I just bought some new 15x7 inch rims, and was about to get new tires and was thinking 31/10.5/15, but my questions is am I able to fit my rims on those size of tires?

Oh yea forgot to say that the tires I was going to get are BFG Radial Mud-Terrain T/A, or Goodyear M/T.
