If you want to keep using bringing up the 3% rule, at least use some semi-legit source material and not some Dear Abby equivalent article written for the globe and mail...............................

That article basically stated what many other articles and reports also said about the 3% variance. It's not a "rule" but a suggested guideline for those looking to go with different sized tires. It is something that many owners never give a thought about.
