the wife picked out a house that she and i both agree on.

1380 square feet, 3/2/2, has an above ground pool and a deck going down the side of the house to the pool.

we closed on the house on 3-30-04 and will get the keys no later than the 15th of april (they are renting it from us while they move to their new house).

i will FINALLY have a garage. :bounce:

once we get half-assed settled in we will certainly have a party.

the house is in south arlington near the southeast corner of sublett and matlock.

i will post pics when we get everything over to the house since the wife packed up the camera.

The Texas crew may end up with arm floaties on and a floating cooler in your pool. Beware of what you ask for :) Lets not scare the neighbors quite yet.

that would be the best scenerio. i was thinking something alot worse, but hopefully we would use common sense and decency. :p

of course the texas crew would be invited, along with any other members that would be able to come out.

so far the street we will live on looks pretty calm, but i dont think it wouldn't hurt to liven it up just alittle bit. :chug:

the pool is only 4 foot deep so yes i think the arm floaties might end up being mandatory. :p

i already have one good thing; a commercial grade cooler for the garage. so there will be plenty of room for any cold beverages (even though i dont drink really).

For whatever reason, I have the feeling the phone number will be unlisted. The last thing he needs is an Office Space style dance marathon in his den... :D

Congrats on the house. We just bought a house a month ago and we are still not quite settled yet.

The hardest part for me was that we didn't have cable or internet for like 2 weeks. Its sucked.

Good luck moving.

Don't forget to take lots of pictures weekly. When you look back on those pictures a year from now you'll be amazed of the transformation. You'll see lots of before and after shots. :)

my garage is so full of crap right now that we have a path going to the restaurant cooler that we are using as a fridge and to the front of the garage for when the door is open. i can't wait to gid rid of some of this crap.

the wife says we are going to have a garage sale in a couple of months, i can't wait for that.

i plan on borrowing a friends digital camera since ours seems to have taken a crap.
