When it rains it pours. Another issue with my truck. Noticed this about 2-3 weeks ago, and just read about it on here. My RPMs bounce a bit when around 40-45mph and constant speed. Is this the beginning of the dreaded torque converter issue? I have a 2006 4.6L engine.

Are you feeling any shuddering?

No shuddering like the rumble strips like other threads have mentioned. It feels more like a misfire, like the engine hesitates.

How many miles does it have and are the spark plugs original?
No CEL yet, I'm guessing?
Have you had rain recently?

I have 78,400 miles, and they are not the original plugs. I replaced about a year and a half ago with OEM plugs. Had a day of light rain about a week ago, but this was happening before then.
