I am having trouble with two things on this install.
On the drivers side. I am having trouble moving the steering shaft. I took the bolt loose, but I can only move the shaft a 1/4in. It seems like the lower section needs to compress another 1/2in before i can move it out of the way. What is the trick for separating the two sections or do I need a tool to separate them?
On the passenger side, the egr. The egr tube at the header broke loose but not the but that holds the tube to the header nut. Some of you guys replaced it hand some modified the old one. If I can get it out without damaging it that would be cool. On the flip side if I have to damage it to remove it, that is OK with this ride being as old as it is.
