Torsion bar adjustment bracket bent..

Hi there, a while ago i put in longer torsion bolts...thing is, i hit them on something and how they are bent (i can't unscrew them...and the entire bracket is best as well...as the in the place where the bolt threads through - any ideas??? thing is, it's welded on, or i'd replace it... i've been given two options...hook a tow rope up to the frame brace that connects the two brackets, do a SAS...(can't really afford that).

Get a hammer and beat the piss out of it to get it back into position. I used a 5lb sledge to readjust my x-member.

OK! now see, that't the kind of advice i need! i'm off to the pull with a chain now! lol
