Tow & Tongue Weight

What are the actual specs for towing and tongue weight on the '08 Sport Trac Limited 4X4 with the V8 and a Class 3 hitch factory installed? I see various tow capacities listed in Ford's official documentation from 6600-7000 pounds (for this truck) and nothing for tongue weight. I'm assuming the tongue weight is the standard 500 pounds but the rest I am unsure of. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Check page 242 and 243 of your owner's manual for the weights. It varies from 3500 to 7150 depending on your truck's specs. Max tongue weight on a class III receiver is 500 lbs weight carrying, 740 lbs weight distributing.
