tranny flush?

I just bought a 97 ex, and I want to do a tranny flush on it myself. What is the easiest way to do this. Thanks.

OK I did a search, and I found some info on how to flush the old fliud. Now my question is when I do the procedure when I turn the car on and drain 1 quart and fill it up with 1 quart of ATF wont the old fluid mix with the new fluid and contamine the new fluid?

First, what trans do you have? Is there a drain on the converter?

New fluid does mix with the old fluid, but it's being drained as soon as it goes in. The new fluid helps purge the old fluid out.
