Tranny problems

On my 02 Explorer I have lost overdrive. The fluid is not burnt and it is not low. I changed the fluid and filter and that did not help. It has the Tranny that has no dipstick. Anybody have any info on what it could be?

"O/D OFF" light flashing on instrument panel? Check for trouble code(s). All other gears seem OK? Torque Converter Clutch operating?

Tons of info can be written by guesswork. Need to know more about symptoms.
