Transfer case issue?

Hello All!
We have a 2005 Explorer Eddie Bauer edition. Bought the vehicle new. After about 2 weeks of ownership I noticed fluid under it. Took to the dealer and they found a cracked transfer case. Well, I have that problem again. Has anybody else had problems with the transfer case?

Sounds like something isn't bolted securely, or there is some sort of manufacturing flaw, if it has happened twice. Where is the case cracked?
