I have a 2004 V6 flex fuel explorer. Bought it about 3 weeks ago. I didnt notice the bulb was removed for the check engine. Anyways I was driving to day and the transmission started slipping going into 3rd gear. I turned the car off and on and its running like it use to. It does take a while to shift holds the gears to about 3000 rpm. Needless to say I dont have much money since I just bought the car. I bought a code scanner to try to figure this out I got a Code 0760. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The entire test procedure is in my Ford Shop Manual. To post it here, with my dial-up internet service would take the rest of my evening, just can't do it.

If you can lay hands on a Ford Shop Manual, check it out. Consider buying one, they are all over ebay.. imp
