Do Ford dealerships flush manual transmissions in the same way automatic transmissions are flushed using a flushing machine?
Here is the reason for my question. I was at a local dealership earlier this week and while there I asked for a quote on some services I need done to my truck. Among them a manual transmission fluid change/flush. I was quoted $229 to get the fluid changed/flushed. I double-checked with the person at the counter and asked again if that was for a manual or automatic transmission. The person said it was for a manual transmission.
