1993 ranger
Hey guys new here. I have a 1993 ford ranger. With a 4 cylinder motor and a 5 speed Mazda manual transmission. Replaced clutch. Ran great. Got stuck in gear had shifter bushing replaced. Now having hard time going into any gear. If I st p on clutch 2-3 times it will go in gear.please helpppp. Master and slave cyclinder not leaking. Feels like clutch is not disengaging all the way.

This clutch can be a ***** to bleed correctly. I would try that first. Read up on different tips and tricks to do it.
If its not that, your slave may be going out.

Based on your description I would say that you do not have it bled out successfully. It's hard to get right on these. Pull the rubber inspection plug out of the left side and check how far the throwout bearing moves when someone steps on the clutch. It should move around 5/16" to release the clutch.

The only reliable way to bleed the lines is to remove the master and lines from the vehicle, stretch them out upside down, and bench bleed them. Then re-install the parts and bleed the slave cylinder at the bleed port.

Than you will look again. When I changed clutch truck ran fine for several months. I am not losing any fluid so slave. Isn't. Leaking. But like I said I step on clutch 2-3 times correction I slams foot on clutch and goes in gear no prob. Did notice past 2 days it's been over fifty degrees and seems to shift better. Do I need a mirror to look at bearing?

Also forgot to note when I pulled shifter there was no bushing or springs present. Noticed big defference in shifting when I installed bushing kit.
