Transmission range sensor bolt

Can anyone tell me what size bolt holds the transmission range sensor is ? I tried 13/16, 3/4, 21 mm and 22 mm and none seem to fit correctly.

Looks like it should be a 21mm. I’d use a 6 point only.
 






21mm. Make sure to hold lever while turning the nut. On removal and installation. If you use the stops on the detent there’s real good possibility of fracturing the plate that holds manual valve.

Thanks all, just picked up a 21 mm. I’ll give it another shot next weekend.
