Trckmagik Fullwidth Dana 44 and 9" Swap PICS

I figured it was about time I shared some of my progress with you guys. For a couple of months now I have been grinding, drilling, cutting, welding, etc. in prep for this swap.
I am attaching a full link to get you to all the pics and write up. Let me know what you think.

 That's a very good write-up. Love the pics. Thanks for sharing. :)

Full width axles ROCK!

What degree bushings did you use, and what coils? Do you still have a stock T-case, or something else? I didn'y read all the way though your linked thread, so sorry if my Q's have answers there. ;)

RangerX,

I used 7 degree C bushings and the adjustable radius arm brackets from James Duff/Wildhorses4x4.com
As for the coils, I am running 5.5" Rockcrawler coils from Wildhorses4x4.

And here is the full chop picture. We are still installing the rear fullwidth 9"
The entire truck will then get tubed.

Looks good Brian :D

I will keep the leafs for a minute. I am wanting to run 1/4 Elliptical Springs as I am going to run a fuel cell.

Thanks Rick. Yours inspired me to grow up :) By the way, those are 38's

Now that directional arrow bar isn't there to warn other wheelers when you're broken down to pass either on the left or right, is it ? :p

Lookin good, full width is the way to go!

Glad to see you got it rolling. I would leave it narrow rear.... that way you know if the front goes through and doesnt get hung up the rear will go through easy. :D :p

very sweet!!
I just realized that you are right where I used to live. I lived off Alma between Park and Parker.

Now, finsish that thing up and get some action shots!

Do you still have family here?
