As some of you may know datalogging wasn't supported with TunerPro on the 2 bank ecus (most 96/97 fords). Reason being was some memory mapping issues.

Well all has been resolved and 2 bank datalogging is now fully supported. Attached the link to download the CQAB1 xdf and adx to datalog the XDT1/XDT2 ecu's which use the CQAB1 strategy.

The CQAB2 and CQAB3 strategy are very similar and so far all of the addressing is the same for the parameters I have broken out - granted its not many but enough to be usable. If your doing anything more than simple modifications then you'll want to get a base tune. If you want a parameter added then post on my forum and I'll add it to my to do list next time I'm in the code. It would be best to use the XDT2 cal to prevent any chances of mismatched addressing for any parameters added in the future.

The SLL4, HMP0, JFX0 cal's use the CTBAE and CTBAF and should be able to be swapped to the XDT2 cal and tuned/logged. Some of those ecu's are finicky and don't take correctly while others do. So if your successful or unsuccessful swapping strats please do let me know on my forum as I'd like to get to the bottom of it.

enjoy

Thanks for posting that here and for the time you spend doing that work. There aren't many people doing much serious tuning work needing help, but the few that do have a hard time finding any help. They will appreciate it if they find it on your site by this thread, we'll try to steer people that way.

Go man! I am glad to see you are still working with these.

I have been tuning Ford V8's with the Tweecer for years, all blown, Bronc, F150, Ranger and now my X. Mike has broken-out the REAC4 strategy for the EQE3 used in my 2000 5.0 He recently gave me the parameter to set Stoic for the fuel used and I am setting-up an E85 tune.

@decipha I have a couple of questions about 2PCMs. One is a cc SLLA and the other is a ARA3. In a few days I will e-mail you and I will mention my username and Explorer Forum. Thanks!

What are those out of?

SLLA is out of a 1997 Mercury Mountaineer 5.0. The ARA3 is out of a '99 p71 Crown Vic.

Ditto, I've been tuning REAC4 using Tweecer RT and Caledit for a while now. Currently, my mods are simple, including some transmission tuning for snappier shifts, increased shift points and a 90mm LMAF transfer function. Might get a bit more serious when the new engine goes in which is a higher compression assembly with HCI. No TunerPro XDF for REAC4 AFAIK, yet.
