Turn over and no start

Greetings!
1998 Mercury Mountaineer 5.0L. I saw the spark yellow is weak (I think) and I did install two new pack of ignition coils but still yellow sparks and no start.

I did install new fuel filter. Nothing happened.

I think the inertia fuel shutoff switch is problem? Do you think?

Does the fuel pump run when you crank it? If so, what is you're fuel pressure? If not, check the fuse, relay, and inertia switch. And I would do it in that order.
