Ok, 94 Exp Sport 5 spd almost caught fire 2day :( Had it towed home, saw almost electrical fire came from main harness above fuse box under dash. found a jump wire in place of a fuse (yeah, I DON'T want to talk about it, it was the previous owner's stupidity) Pulled the wire out, fire averted. However, now I have no blower motor, turn signals, or rear defrost. All of these things have been working fine in the 2 months/over 3000 miles I have had the truck. Has anyone had this happen? I keeps popping fuses. Any of these components known for shorting? Any help would be appreciated.

you need to systematically unplug anything on that fuse/circuit until it stops blowing fuses. Try to unplug the rear defrost, put a fuse in and try it, etc until you find the component that's shorting out.

good luck.

That is pretty much where I figured I was at, was just wondering if any of those components was "known" for going.....
