Hello All,

Today I was driving and my turn signals started acting up, specifically the left turn signal. All bulbs work, and the both front and rear bulbs work on the left side...

The issue is that the left turn signal no longer blinks, the arm stays locked in the down position and is always on... For now,I have resorted to manually (and rhythmically) tapping the arm to replicate the turn signal's blink...

Since all the lights still work I'm assuming this isn't an electrical problem, and perhaps it could be the MFS...any thoughts?

Replace the turn signal flasher.

Solution to left turn signal INOP

Suspect you have this fixed by now but the problem was/is that the wiring harness is too short and is pulling loose within the steering column.

I linked this recently within this forum.

I have the issue that the turn signal arm won't stay "locked" if there is the slightest turn in the wheel and just generally won't stay engaged. For example you come to a right on red, you have the wheel turned a bit and the arm won't stay down, same for both sides really.
