Turn Signals quit working

Turn signals were working just fine then all of a sudden they quit working. No turn signal indicators on the dash and the turn signals do not work on the front or back of the truck this is a '99 Explorer 4x4 any ideas ive already checked and replaced all the fuses
 






probably a bad flasher unit. if it's in the same location as a 2000, you have to remove the knee bolster plastic panel and the metal panel under it to get at the flasher unit.

The Gen2 models all pretty much had a designated signal lamp set (Amber signals)
My 01 had this exact condition but due to the fact it's rear brake and signal lamps are all in one (Red lens) They actually ran off the signal switch. if the flasher unit doesn't do it, It's likely to be a signal switch gone south.
