Two linked circles in console when listening to FM

Hi all,

I noticed something in the right screen of the console when listening to an FM station that shows an icon with two circles linked together (it looks like half of the Audi logo). Does anyone know what that means? I looked it up in the manual, but there's no mention of it.

Stereo?

Just a guess, but may be it indicates you are receiving a stereo signal? 2 channels instead of Mono? Will look at it on mine later.

If I remember correctly.....

That means that the radio station you are tuned to broadcasts in analog and digital HD formats. The stereo is 'blending' the audio signals as it tunes into either one based on signal strength.
