there's this thing that you can see in the picture...with the stuff that looks like aluminum foil. anyway, my dad put some plastic thing over and used that foil-looking tape to keep it on. i have no idea what it does but whenever the thing comes off, the vehicle won't start. my dad doesn't really know what it is either...apparently there was something there and one day i just backfired when i started the car and i guess it came off. we couldn't find what came off...maybe it got sucked inside...i dunno. i really don't know what i'm talking about...but i guess i'm just wondering if whatever that thing is is fixable. that thing my dad put on will work for maybe a week, then it comes off cause the tape comes off. i guess it's some sort of vacuum type thing.
