Uncertain Rough Running and Idle

The car idles very rough and runs rough too. poor acceleration and load sound on full throttle. however sometimes it runs little smooth

any suggestions

Explain loud sound. Is it a squeal, rattle etc. Does it sound mechanical? could be plugged catalytic converter. If you disconnect the O2 sensor it might run better for a time until you get it fixed. Go up to the local auto part store and they should let you use the diagnostic code reader for free and see what that comes up with
