I have an '02 explorer w/ audiophile. My CD player won't work anymore, so I need a new head unit. I am considering getting a newer model with satellite radio or the ability to connect to an ipod. I'm concerned about resale value and I want to keep my steering wheel controls, so I want to keep my head unit OEM. Will the newer explorer radios that are satellite ready work in my explorer? How can I connect an ipod adapter?
