upgrading to jbl system

I currently have a 91 X with the premium sound just not JBL. I found a guy that has the amp and sub, and am wondering how hard or if it is even possible to hook these up to my system. I am hoping just to run RCA's to the amp and then the sub, and of course a power and constant. what do you think?

Does the jbl system amp have rca input outputs on it? The signal wont be as good with your stock hu as it would be with an aftermarket one.

no i dont think the JBL system has RCA's, i was looking at mine and didnt see any, its all plug type connecters.

you can convert the speaker wire that goes to the factory amp to RCA's, you can buy the adapter at any radio shop.
