Urgent Help B229B Car Wont Start

My son in a Ford Explorer 2008 4.0L is stranded in a different town. It is giving a B229B error code.
The car won't start. But has occasionally will start run for a few seconds and then quit. Seems to run fine while it is running but does not run long.
He replaced the Crankshaft Position Sensor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That code seems to be for the passenger seat, it should have nothing to do with it not running. Sure it has fuel?

Turns out it is the fuel pump.
