US Savings bonds

Well I was going though some paperwork anf found a MINT A+ shape $50 savgings bond. Its dated 12/1987 from NCNB National Bank of FLA Tampa Florida Series EE. Does anyone have an idea of value???

Oh and it is in a Bureau of Public Debt envelope with a 22 cent stamp, From
