2015 explorer. Sync 2 big my touch. The USB ports are not working. Anywhere I can find a replacement?

Although I did not see a fuse for them, this thread/post seems to acknowledge that there is; 2012 Explorer USB Ports Also found this thread; MFT SD and USB ports stopped working 2 days after update
