I had antifreeze leaking out the back of my engine on the driver's side (opposite side from the heater lines)
'99 5.0 44K miles. I smelled it outside the truck, it was leaking onto the exhaust. The reservoir was empty, but the rad was still full, so it hadn't been leaking too long.
Turned out to be the intake manifold gasket. $363
