Vehicle specs?

Where and how can I add vehicle specs? I've looked under my profile and see vehicle specs checked, but nothing is in the box and I can't add anything.

I decided to check mine after reading this and i noticed under vehicle specs there's just a drop down that says YES or NO...not sure what that's about lol I just put my specs in my signature
