I have a 2004 for explorer xlt. Im having an issue with the vents. If the control knob is placed on direct vent(straight ahead) the amount of volume of air is not very much. Also, the air is coming out the vents near the floor on both sides. I checked the valves and they seem to be working fine. I have read about a "bent door actuator" but I don't think its my problem or maybe it is. Any ideas would be great.
