Vents stuck shut?

I've got an EB with the auto climate control system. Noticed tonight when I was driving home that I could only get air to blow either to the windsheild, or floor. Whenever I selected vent, max/norm ac. or panel & floor (where air's supposed to come out the vents) no air comes thru the vents. All of the vents are open physically (with that little wheel), but it's not getting air up there. Temperature works fine, fan speed's fine, rear vents are good too. I'm not really worried now since it's cold....heat is heat, but when summer comes I'm gonna need that AC comin' out the vents! So, HELP!

Ok, its the same nite....now the stupid thing is only directing air to the windsheild....no where else regardless of what buttons you push.

I'm no expert but possibly it's broken blend door. There's a sticky about the repair at the top, if I remember correctly. Or, it might be at a different Explorer website. Do a google search and you'll find it.
