Voice command, unable to make phone call

Bought a 2013 XLT a month ago, MFT has worked great until it tried to index 22,000 songs from my IPOD. Now we are unable to make a voice command phone call. I have an Iphone 5 and my wife has a DROID 4, both connect fine, and our phonebooks download, but MFT says "Downloading" everytime you try to make a phone call using voice command.

P.S. We are able to make calls using the touch screen.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried a master reset, mjvess1985? If not, here are the instructions:

MENU > SETTINGS > SYSTEM > MASTER RESET

Also, please soft reboot your phones after the reset. Let me know how it goes.

I didnt have to master reset the system, it magically started working yesterday. Thanks for the reply Rebecca. Although I think I will need to deligate a IPOD that has less music b/c i dont think the MFT can handle that amount of data.
