Want to buy: 2001-2003 Sport front brake shields

Hello!

Today, I picked up a good set of used front spindles from a junked 2001 Explorer Sport 4WD with 12" front rotors. The front brake dust shields are there, but rusty.

So, if anyone has a pair of decent front brake dust shields from:
2001-2003 Explorer Sport 4WD
2001-2005 Explorer Sport-Trac 4WD

I would be interested in buying them.

Note, these shields are for the 12" diameter front rotors, and do not have a lip on them. The shields are pretty much flat.

Try pm'ing STrunner, he just did a Solid Axle Swap on his Sport Trac and is from the south so his shouldn't be rusted if he still has them laying around. I totally removed mine a couple years ago because they rotted out, haven't had any issue's with Pa. inspections over it and they're one of the strictest in the country.

I appreciate the heads up, I will PM STrunner. Good to know about the inspection part. I live in SC, no inspections. However, if a hard driven Sport-Trac doesn't miss the shields offroading, then I'm pretty sure my street driven AWD 5.0 Explorer will be fine without them.
