AFAIK, they were used in many Ford vehicles across many years. Unsure on differences inside, even though the faces might be identical.

I have one I bought used that I put in my work truck, then the motor took a dump, so the radio got pulled before it left for auction. I’ll try to remember to snag it from work and plug it into my 96 and see if the illumination matches…
