so, as the title says it wont turn off, i've unplugged it for now, but i'm assuming the multi-switch is the problem, just wondering if their are any other options before i replace it.

it could be a relay but likely the MFS, it always seems to cause untold grief.

You can test it to be sure if you'd like before replacing it.

is the relay in the fuse box or does it have its own somewhere else? if so were would it be, if you know by chance.

I think it's in the auxilliary relay box, next to the air filter box.

I'm going to have to look at the diagrams to see which one it is and how this works again... it uses the relays to reverse the polarity for front or reverse action.

any luck with the diagrams?

hehe... sorry I forgot about this completely. :) My apologies.

This relay box is located near the air filter box. You can try swapping the 2 washer relays and see if that matters. If not, it's probably the MFS.

i just switched both of the relays from my other X and its fine (the entire boxe was full of mud so i cleaned it and filled everything with silicone).

thx again :D
