Water retention in doors

have a 2009 Explorer and the back driver side door began filling up with water between the two seals in the door. about 6 months later the back passenger side began to fill up. so now within the last 6 months the two front doors are filling up. every time it rains i go around and open all 4 doors to drain them out. no odors, just this splash of water on your feet. i saw a post that said you need to clean the drains in the bottom. where are the drain?

open the doors and look at the bottom you cant miss them. they will have a black rubber grommet in them.
