I have looked at that kit before. It is for EFI engines. You may need a higher volume fuel pump, would need larger injectors and a tune to cut timing and add fuel. I have supercharged three Fords.
I messaged Jegs and they said it is for a carb setup but its for the 5.0 up till 2001.LOL ok sooooo what i guess i weld a metal plate in place of the carb mount ? LOL and drill the manifold for injectors ? Man oh man i dont get it.I guess you could buy one of those Fuel injection carbs they sell now from MSD and other companies.
Along with everything else, you'd have to have the snout shortened so that the pulley would align with the Explorers shorter accessory drive as some have done to fit a Kenne Bell.
