Weird problem, 2 wheels won't turn.

So now my 02 XLS has developed an issue, when I put it in gear the front passenger side wheel and rear drivers side wheel do no turn. Doesn't matter what mode it is in 4auto, 4h, 4l or gear reverse or drive doesn't matter. Was working this morning, changed tires/rims to my snow tires this afternoon and now this problem.

Any idea on where to start?

Need a bit of clarifying- do you mean not turning as in seized? Or not turning as in not getting power?

I don't think they are seized, I drove it a few minutes before changing the rims/tires out but now definitely not turning even with power applied.
