What can I remove, Stock JBL Stereo...

So for a while now I have had an aftermarket stereo in my truck, but I left everything for the JBL stereo in the passenger side Quarter panel, I would like to remove as much as possible so that I can make a Auxiliary fuse/Relay panel, and have a place for a second battery, So what can I remove? Can I remove both amps, or does the the 4 channel one have to stay? Thanks for the input guys, I was just going to do this today, but I decided I better make sure it is OK to remove everything without messing with anything inside the truck.

If you have bypassed them already, they could come out, but honestly mine only had one amp, but I pulled it while doing the bypass and everything is fine.

Alright cool. I was only freaking out about this, because I remember there was one plug still connected, and I wasn't sure what it was for, or if it was going to effect anything.
