What electronics run through the GEM Module?

I have a lot of electrical issues, the GEM got wet at one point so I am curious as to what exactly runs through the GEM Module. All my fuses are good even the ones under the hood. I am replacing the GEM tomorrow if the JY still has the Ex I need it from. By the way my Ex is a 2001 Sport.
