what is that? it is connected to the throttle some how , so what does it do?!
and what is evap service port ? and what it is used for?

It's the evap. purge valve and the service port is so you can test that part of the evap system.

12V to the solenoid coil to see if it clicks or allows flow ? Smoke machine ?
