I'd do the oil/filter & significant fluid changes (trans, diffs, transfer case) @ the dealer until your ESP (100K?) is up.
Unless you keep OCD level receipts & a mileage/fuel log. I always have & it saved my but with Subaru on my WRX when it ate (3) Main & all (4) rod bearings out of nowhere @ 67K miles.
Things like air, fuel & cabin filters, lube/grease, tires & rotations, alignments, suspension, brake service etc, is all home-wrench stuff.
I have a log book with every fill up, oil change, every single part, nut, bolt, bulb, with receipts. Its in a computer program I found online from freeware several years ago. I track all 7 vehicles in the house on it.
I also have a binder for every vehicle with receipts, instructions, directions, TSB's, important news clips etc to cover my butt. Again... all this OCD saved my butt from a near $5,000 out of pocket engine repair on the WRX.
As I see it its about walking in with all your guns gleaming that you are loaded for bear. & not afraid to use them.
Back to the question:
straight from Ford's Service site:

So they are going to do ALL the things they do at a normal oil change... for $600!!??!! Whata-Bargain!
Funny how the "inspect transmission" has the disclaimer "if equipped with underhood dipstick" which none of us have had since 2004.... too funny

Heck if you are REALLY paranoid, buy the fluids & parts @ the dealer, install them yourself, save the receipts.
