What Plugs 5.0L 1997

Hi I'm looking to change my plugs...

I am confused on the parts number and which plugs are the best to use

I heard platinum plugs and motorcraft autolite
but not to use bosch

Also looking to change the wires as well
are there any wires I should look into?
perfomance or just stay stock

yep, motorcraft or autolite. platinum or double platinum's. im going with double platinum autolites unless i can find some motorcrafts d.p's online. rockauto dont seem to have them.

as far as the wires go, i just stick w/motorcraft, but others may know something i dont.
