Codes:
P0135
P0141
P0155
P0161
P0403
P0443
P0645

I need to know:
  1. How many O2 sensors? How many upstream? How many downstream?
  2. What sensor should be replaced first based on above codes?
  3. What needs to be changed for a/c clutch relay?
  4. There is no gas cap on the car so EVAP code is odd unless it is failing somehow.
What I know:

No fuses appear to be blown.

what i know about this
you have to change PCM if all this DTC's come together.

if you solve it, can you please share how did you solved it?

This user made one post back in 2016 and none since then. I doubt he is still around and checking the forums.

The original post is very old, but for those who run across this in a search:

I had these same codes about 2 months ago. Note that they are circuit codes. I ran the pinpoint tests that AllData gave me, and it came back to the PCM. I then found this:

REPAIR SERVICE 06-10 FORD EXPLORER 4.0L ECU ECM PCM ENGINE COMPUTER P0403 P0443 | eBay

If you read down in the description, you see all of the same codes listed. It is a common problem with the heater drivers for the O2 sensors.

I sent mine to those guys (EBAY Seller 'your parts source') and they had it back to me in about 4 days. Everything has been great since then.
