What size rims?

I am running 31x10.50's on stock 15x7 rims - I wish I had 15x8's. Go with the 'x8's...

Which set-up should I buy to put 31 X 10.5 tires on? Discount Tire have some "Unique" rims 15X7 and 15X8 at really great prices. Any ideas?
(American Racing are more expensive)
