What the heck is this noise?

Engine is shaking. Crazy noise coming from intake sounds like air powered jackhammer.

Compression 175. Injectors tested all fine. Coils tested fine .8-1.2 ohm 5.5kohm secondary.

Gonna go out on a limb…crack in the head casting between combustion chambers? Enough to let combustion pressure through to make your noise but not enough to significantly impact compression?
 






Sounds like back pressure
 












Seems like it’s coming straight out of the throttle body.

The PCV vacuum line doesn’t look to good
