2003 Explorer NBX V8
I have a 2003 Explorer NBX V8, and just hit 100,000 miles on the beast. However, I'm not exactly sure what exactly i need to do for maintenance. I've already planned on switching over to one of the high mileage blends of oil, and im going to replace my spark plugs. However, i've heard a lot of mixed things about what else i need to replace. Is there something that i really need to take care of, or just do what i've planned and go from there?

Use the search box at the top of the forum and type in a question about "vehicle maintenance" and it should pull up plenty of past posts on this topic.
