Baked a "three packet roast" in the oven. Side was white rice. Gravy was thin due to me being lazy.

I do the same exact thing but with chix thighs
I feel like the thighs are cheaper and dry out less. But bone in breast stays moister than boneless/ skinless
For boneless skinless breasts I either grill them or sous vide them.
Tonight we will have bison steaks and vegetables
That is basically my dream meal, except there’s no veggies lol
When you get old veg is way more important for some reason
I love white chicken chili!
Well all chili really, as long as it’s not too spicy, my stomach can’t take that stuff anymore
White Chicken Chili
Here is the recipe I used, but with one less can of beans, and double the green chiles since I only had 7oz cans. Pry more chicken also. Bit warm, but not burning your mouth spicy. Only had one can of white beans on hand, so light red kidneys were used.
